Chief Analytics Officer

We are looking for people with:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Proficient in Chinese and English
• A broad vision of development (good understanding of both the strategic importance of data and the specifics of the business)
• Ability to implement a data science-based strategy in the company. Knowing how to turn data into good business decisions and monetize your data
• Taking care of the accuracy, security and privacy of data
• Ability to recognize opportunities and business opportunities
• Leadership skills for introducing a model of data-driven decisions
• Treating data as a commodity - a visionary responsible for recognizing the value and monetizing data in the company

In G2A you will be responsible for:

• Assess high-impact opportunities for the business and liaise with other team leaders to understand their analytical needs
• Providing guidance and analytical support to business leaders and stakeholders across different business sectors
• Creating models to predict customer/employee behaviors, segmentation models for driving operational improvements, growth and operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Appling proven methods in working with divergent data types to explore and extrapolate data-driven insights using advanced, predictive and statistical modeling
• Supporting the management board by providing analytical summaries relating to different areas of the business
