We're looking for people with:

  • Minimum 2 years end-to-end recruitment experience working across various functions and seniority levels within a large organization 
  • Excellent knowledge of the job market (Poland): including current trends, needs, salary brackets 
  • Advanced skills in using recruitment channels, effective tools for sourcing & talent attraction 
  • Experience in proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelining 
  • Fluent in English and Polish 
  • Strong organization skills with high attention to detail 
  • Strong communication skills – both spoken and written 
  • Strongly developed negotiation skills 
  • Team Spirit 
  • Flexible and adaptive 
  • Can switch fast between tasks and priorities

 

Your responsibilities in G2A will be to:

  • Build trustworthy relationships with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand current objectives and workforce requirements for assigned functional areas 
  • Proactive talent sourcing and market mapping for future requirements and hard to fill roles 
  • Provide insights to the business around talent availability and sourcing challenges 
  • Develop sourcing strategies while working with changing priorities 
  • Manage full cycle Talent Acquisition for G2A's offices in Krakow, Warsaw, Rzeszow 
  • Search, source and select quality talent 
  • Ensure excellent candidate care throughout the recruitment process 
  • Make G2A Employer Brand visible and attractive in Krakow, Warsaw 
  • Monitor job market and follow hot trends 
  • Expand the candidate database and create a talent pipeline 
  • Foster loyal recruiting initiative: long-term relationships with candidates
