G2A is looking for Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team.

We will build strategies to attract and hire future G2Anians together and improve candidate experience on every step of the process.

Your responsibilities at G2A:

  • Build trustworthy relationships with Hiring Managers to understand current objectives and talent needs
  • Proactive talent sourcing and market mapping for current and future requirements
  • Provide insights to the business around talent availability and sourcing challenges and talent pools
  • Develop sourcing strategies while working with changing priorities 
  • Manage full cycle Talent Acquisition for G2A's offices in Krakow, Warsaw, Rzeszow 
  • Search, source and select quality talent 
  • Ensure excellent candidate care throughout the recruitment process 
  • Participation on G2A Employer Branding projects
  • Monitor job market and follow hot trends 
  • Expand the candidate database and create a talent pipeline 

We're looking for people with:

  • Minimum 2 years end-to-end recruitment experience working across various functions and seniority levels 
  • Excellent knowledge of the job market (Poland): including current trends, needs, salary brackets 
  • Advanced skills in using recruitment channels, effective tools for sourcing & talent attraction 
  • Experience in proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelining 
  • Experience in Employer Branding
  • Fluent English and Polish 
  • Strong organization skills with high attention to detail 
  • Strong communication skills – both spoken and written 
  • Team Spirit 
  • Flexible and adaptive 
  • Can switch fast between tasks and priorities
  • Experience in IT recruitment will be an additional asset
