You’re a perfect match for this role if:

  • You have at least one year of experience in customer service/sales
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You can deal with difficulties quickly and effectively
  • Your approach to each customer is creative and innovative
  • You like and can effectively cooperate with other members of your team
  • You’re well-versed in social media
  • You’re open to working from Monday to Sunday, 7am – 3pm
  • You have good English skills, both in speaking and writing (B2 level minimum)

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and offering professional technical support
  • Managing our online community across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Reddit
  • Reacting to comments regarding technical issues on social media channels and other key platforms
  • Maintaining positive relationships with our customers by being fully professional and empathetic during troubleshooting
  • Helping our customers out with any issues related to our website or products to ensure a positive brand image
  • Replying to e-mails and customer tickets in a timely manner
  • Suggesting improvements and modifications of our operational procedures
