- You have at least 4–5 years of experience running paid social campaigns
- You can manage large advertising budgets and take responsibility for using them effectively
- You know how to plan, optimize, and report on both performance-driven and brand awareness campaigns
- You understand how to align campaigns with broader marketing goals – you think strategically, not just operationally
- Your English and Polish proficiency is at least B2 level, both spoken and written
- You’re proactive, independent, and well-organized

Your responsibilities:
- Planning, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on social media platforms (including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads, and others)
- Close collaboration with marketing, data analytics, and technology teams on digital projects
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing regular reports on campaign activities and results
- Continuously improving processes and strategies – conducting A/B tests and other experiments to optimize campaign performance
- Ongoing monitoring, analysis, and interpretation of Paid Social campaign results, with a focus on maximizing effectiveness
- Efficient management of advertising budgets, aiming to minimize costs and maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Staying up to date with trends and changes in the social media advertising landscape
- Seeking innovative solutions to improve the effectiveness of Paid Social efforts
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure Paid Social activities align with the overall marketing strategy
- Participating in the development of strategies, analyses, forecasts, media plans, and execution of commercial and branding campaigns
- Creating training materials and presentations related to social media advertising
