Senior Paid Social Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Social Specialist ready to delve into labyrinthine algorithms and dive into the sea of creativity. You will be creating stories echoing wide across the digital world and going beyond the scope of typical campaigns. You're a perfect match for the role, if you:

• Have at least three years of experience in a similar position
• Can plan and execute ad campaigns in Meta Ads (TikTok ads, Taboola ads, X ads, Reddit ads)
• Are familiar with Google Analytics
• Can analyze data and report campaign results
• Know English at least on the B2 level
• Are creative and desire constant development
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional advantages:

• Familiarity with the Marketing Mix Modelling analysis
• Experience with the global market

Your responsibilities:

• Planning the purchase of Meta ads, TikTok ads, Taboola ads, X ads, Reddit ads
• Campaign optimization and monitoring
• Creating campaign result reports
• Creating media plans aiming to achieve the key goals of trade plan campaigns
• Ad optimization and scaling
• Cooperation with other departments (Copywriting, Design, Trade Plan)
• Result analysis, drawing insights, and recommending the best solutions
