Senior Data Analyst

Our Team’s mission is to boost growth of G2A.com - the largest global marketplace for gamers and geeks. As Data team member, you will be responsible for data in each part of our business: product, marketing, customer and sellers success.
Data team is working with other teams in the company to drive insights, provide knowledge and advice based on data.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently but also as a team player (good atmosphere and collaboration within the team is very important for us)
• 4+ years of experience doing quantitative analysis for a technology company
• Experience with large datasets and the ability to optimize queries
• Experience in A/B test experiments, analysis and interpreting the results of tests
• Deep understanding of statistics (distributions, probability theory, hypothesis testing)
• Ability to define and evaluate your own user research hypotheses
• Degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer or Tech Science, or other quantitative fields
• Effective presentation skills
• Proficiency using SQL and statistical models
• Ability to explain advanced analytical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Python experience would be an additional advantage

Responsibilities:

• Providing recommendation for improvements
• Creating and applying statistical models
• Using the data to identify problems and propose solutions
• Defining and evaluating research hypotheses
• Working with other teams (product, UX researchers) on strategic initiatives
• Acting as a data advisor for the team, sharing your knowledge
• Effectively communicating trends, patterns and predictions using relevant data
