You’re a perfect match for the role, if you:
- have at least 3 years of experience with Google Ads
- have at least half a year of experience as a leader or manager
- can manage marketing budget and cost optimization effectively
- can create reports in Looker or similar products
- have executed data-driven projects, such as complex A/B tests
- have a natural talent for analyzing campaign results and adjusting strategies based on analytics
- aren’t afraid to openly state your opinions and make difficult decisions
- can manage projects and your team effectively
- can prioritize work and create MVP within Performance Marketing
- are great at communicating and building positive relationships with your co-workers
- are great at presenting your team’s results
Additional advantages:
- Experience working for an international ecommerce company (preferably in the gaming industry)
- Experience with Bing
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager
- Experience with Beta- and Alpha-stage Google products
Your responsibilities:
- Managing the SEM & Affiliate team within the Performance Marketing department
- Supervising the budget of your area
- Organizing work, prioritization of tasks, and daily cooperation with specialists
- Coordinating ongoing actions, planning and implementing brand and trade campaigns
- Building and maintaining positive work culture within the team
- Completing administrative work in accordance with company policy
- Establishing clear communication between the team and the rest of the organization
- Caring for a friendly atmosphere and open communication within the team
