Product Owner

We are currently looking for a well-organized, innovative and process perfecting-oriented person to join our team and take over the position of a Product Owner. You will watch over G2A Marketplace and be responsible for constant software development, integration and cooperating with business partners in terms of payout handling, business verification (AML), as well as monitoring and verifying transactions. 

You’re a perfect match for this role if:

• You have at least 3 years of commercial experience as a Product Owner, including with building and managing a product throughout a complete life cycle, from initial analyses to the commercial stage
• You have experience in e-commerce security, that is in fraud prevention, AML, and transaction processing
• You have strong analytical skills and you can translate business goals into action plans and draw conclusions from data in order to make sound decisions
• You have experience with user-oriented design principles and implementing a user-centric culture
• You have excellent communication skills and you are open to working with others
• You can effectively work under time pressure and with strict deadlines
• You have determined to achieve goals
• You have a sense of responsibility and involvement
• You are attentive to details and have the ability to think strategically
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written (B2 level minimum)

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinating the processes of implementing new product solutions in the areas of payout handling, business verification (AML), as well as transaction monitoring and verification
• Defining technical and business requirements
• Planning, implementing, and monitoring projects
• Preparing necessary product documentation, correspondence, and presentations as needed
• Cooperating with other developers, product owners, and stakeholders
• Ensuring that product KPIs are met
