Platform Manager

Your role will involve the development of the G2A.COM marketplace, which serves millions of customers worldwide. You will be responsible for overseeing offer matching, visual aspects, and marketing-sales tools. You will also participate in co-creating brand campaigns and managing the experiences of our customers.

You're a great match for the role if you:

• Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry
• Are familiar with modern technologies and current trends in the field of digital platforms
• Effectively manage a team and are willing to collaborate with various departments
• Have a good understanding of Atlassian tools
• Have at least a B2 level of proficiency in the English language
• Are communicative and show initiative
• Can quickly adapt to changing market and technological conditions
• Are goal-oriented and unafraid to make decisions

An additional advantage would be:

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS to support teams responsible for campaign pages

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinating assigned projects and marketing campaigns
• Planning and monitoring business analysis and managing the implementation process
• Analyzing customer and platform user needs to customize functionality
• Monitoring platform performance and taking corrective actions in case of failures or issues
• Collaborating with project, marketing, and customer support teams to achieve business goals
• Introducing innovations and new technological solutions to improve service quality
• Reporting progress based on a unified company action plan
