Your every-day tasks will involve developing our organization by working together with Managers and Heads of the departments, as well as the People & Culture Team.

You’re a perfect fit for the role if:
- You have prior experience as an HR Business Partner in a technological or e-commerce company – but if you don’t have any, no worries, come and learn new things
- You’re familiar with the latest trends and major technologies in the IT and e-commerce industries
- You know your stuff when it comes to labor code
- Your interpersonal and communication skills are off the charts
- You have a perfect understanding of business processes and take them into consideration when proposing further steps
- You’re assertive, proactive and focused on your goals
- You have a knack for analyzing data, drawing conclusions from your analyses and presenting them
- You’re independent and you know how to prioritize tasks
- You’re open to change and have experience in managing changes
- Your English skills are at least on the B2 level
- You’re an expert on Excel and PowerPoint
Bonus points for:
- Knowledge of HR systems
- Knowledge of Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience in coaching and conducting soft skill training session
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting Managers and C-level employees in implementing HR strategy in the Product and Commercial areas
- Supporting Managers in difficult personal situations: lay-offs, quitting, conflicts within their teams, pep talks, helping with employee ratings and one-on-one meetings with employees
- Close cooperation with the recruitment department in creating teams and planning hires
- Creating reports, competitive market analyses and HR markers for the Commercial and Product areas
- Co-creating budget reports for your area
- Building longtime partnerships with G2A’s employees
- Delivering proper HR tools and solutions to help the organization meet strategic business goals
- Proactive support in making changes with an impact on the entire organization (such as implementing new HR policies, transfers, status changes)
- Co-creating and implementing training and growth strategies
- Recommending and communicating necessary changes and solutions in the HR department
- Co-creating and empowering the organizational culture
- Monitoring market trends, proposing changes within the area of your responsibility and sharing knowledge with others
- Building employee engagement and coordinating research on workplace satisfaction
- Creating new HR processes to improve work quality in the organization and optimizing existing ones
- Day-to-day co-operation with the HR department
