Would you like to gain your first valuable professional experience in the world of online payments, chargeback claims, and fraud prevention? Join our Commercial team as a Payment Intern for a three-month summer internship at our Warsaw office, where you’ll take your first steps into the payments industry.
We’re looking for someone with a knack for spotting anomalies in transactions and a talent for finding the best solutions.
You’ll work alongside an experienced team that’s eager to share both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience. We’ll truly value your analytical skills, which you’ll get to put into practice while working on engaging tasks.
You’re a perfect match for the role, if:
- You are a student of a field such as accounting, economics, or finance
- You have basic knowledge of payment systems and their legal aspects
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office
- Your English is at least at a B2 level, both spoken and written
- You have an eye for detail and are skilled at finding the information you need (required)
- You have a basic understanding of administration and clerical operations
- Working on the 26th floor of an office building in the center of Warsaw sounds like an exciting adventure to you
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the Payments & Fraud Prevention team in ensuring smooth operation of PSP (Payment Service Provider) accounts to maintain seamless payment processes
- Responding to all inquiries and requirements from payment providers
- Assisting in providing quick and accurate responses to internal inquiries received from PSPs (via email or phone)
- Ensuring that all documentation and procedures are processed in accordance with company guidelines
- Assisting the team in preparing data, reports, and offer evaluations
