Middle/ Senior Affiliate Specialist

As the Affiliate Specialist you will join the Performance Marketing team and play a key role in ensuring dynamic growth of our affiliate programs. Your position will involve not only data analysis and strategy optimization, but also building lasting relationships with partners and constant monitoring of campaign efficiency. You will be responsible for preparing, implementing, and monitoring diverse actions related to affiliate programs, as well as ensuring their effectiveness and compatibility with business goals.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing, implementing, and monitoring actions related to affiliate programs; ensuring their effectiveness and compatibility with business goals
• Tracking and analysis of data related to conducted affiliate actions in order to identify areas for optimization; delivering data required for making informed business decisions
• Building lasting relationships with partners and becoming their main point of contact
• Monitoring market trends and analyzing the competition in order to prepare and implement affiliate strategies adjusted to the changing market
• Seeking out new opportunities for partnerships and negotiating affiliate contracts
• Co-operation with the marketing teams on providing support during the planning and execution stages of recurring promos, as well as initiating co-operation with external partners
• Preparing regular reports on the effectiveness of affiliate actions, as well as presenting results and recommendations

You’re a perfect match for the role if you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience working in positions related to affiliate marketing or similar fields
• Are very familiar with tactics and practices of affiliate marketing and are experienced in working with affiliate program management systems
• Are skilled at analysis and interpretation of data for the purposes of making data-driven business decisions
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a natural talent for building relationships with business partners
• Are self-reliant in managing your project and time, and can work under time pressure
• Have higher education related to marketing, business, or related fields
• Have at least a B2-level proficiency in written and spoken English
• Are familiar with analytical tools such as Google Analytics 4, and know how to use affiliate program management systems
• Are able to co-operate with others and to share your knowledge and experience with members of your team
