You're a perfect match for the role, if:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in project management
- You have practical knowledge of digital marketing and understand the dynamics of online marketing activities
- You're familiar with key external marketing channels, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other marketing platforms
- You can identify potential risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively propose effective solutions
- You're highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- You have experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- You're well-organized and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- You perform well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration with a variety of stakeholders
- You take initiative and proactively drive tasks and projects forward
- You're self-motivated and capable of working independently while taking ownership of your responsibilities
- You have excellent written and spoken English and Polish language skills
- You learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and are eager to continuously develop your skills
Your responsibilities:
• Managing marketing campaign projects across selected focus markets and the entire marketplace
• Improving existing processes and creating new ones, ensuring activities are carried out in line with established guidelines
• Monitoring and overseeing all stages of project execution
• Reporting project progress to managers
• Managing campaign assets in close collaboration with the Creative team and Copywriting managers
• Providing translations for campaign-related activities and, when required, for ongoing business operations
• Maintaining close cooperation with IT, Category Management, Data Analytics, UX, Legal, and other cross-functional teams
• Conducting post-campaign evaluations in accordance with established processes
• Coordinating projects related to G2A Plus
• Initiating improvements aimed at enhancing the user experience across the marketplace
• Collaborating with Product teams on the development of new features that support campaign objectives and user needs
• Driving the implementation of innovative solutions to optimize workflows and operational efficiency
• Contributing to and actively supporting the achievement of strategic organizational goals
