Join our Marketing team as a Loyalty & Customer Value Manager – influence the development of our loyalty program and create ideas that engage and reward our users. You will be responsible for designing and implementing loyalty strategies, planning campaigns, collaborating with various teams, and continuously improving programs that increase user value.

- You have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and hands-on experience in e-commerce
- You have experience in managing or supporting loyalty programs at both strategic and operational levels

- You have experience in planning and executing loyalty campaigns across various channels, both owned and paid
- You're familiar with testing and optimization methods (e.g., A/B testing) and can prepare data-driven reports and recommendations
- You have experience collaborating with IT, UX, Product, and Data Analytics teams to implement solutions that support business goals
- Your English proficiency is at least B2, both spoken and written

Your responsibilities:
- Shaping and executing the loyalty program development strategy based on customer data and insights
- Designing reward mechanisms and initiatives that engage subscribers
- Actively collecting user feedback and implementing ongoing program improvements
- Planning and executing loyalty campaigns across owned and paid channels
- Creating promotional ideas and offers in collaboration with partner brands
- Monitoring program performance (CLTV, retention, conversion) and driving optimization efforts
- Collaborating closely with IT, UX, Product, and Data Analytics teams
- Conducting A/B tests, analyzing results, and preparing reports with implementation recommendations
