Join the G2A.COM team as a Junior Payments Specialist and help shape the way modern payment systems work. In this role, you’ll be handling payment disputes, such as chargebacks, and analyzing data to create reports that help us better understand trends and risks related to payments. Your work will support process improvements and fraud prevention, putting you close to key business decisions.
Your analyses will form the basis for actions that boost our efficiency and security. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure our payment system is always aligned with current business needs.

Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring fast and effective resolution of chargeback claims
- Monitoring and evaluating the chargeback win rate, and identifying potential areas for process improvement
- Conducting data analysis, preparing summaries and reports for the team to support understanding of trends and risks related to payments
- Managing payment system configuration, implementing changes and new settings in line with current business needs
- Collaborating with the fraud team, providing necessary analyses and information to support the identification and response to fraud attempts
- Regularly monitoring competitors’ activities in the area of payment solutions and fraud prevention methods to help the company adapt its strategies to a dynamic market
