Junior/ Middle Data Analyst - HR

Our Team’s mission is to boost growth of G2A.com - the largest global marketplace for people around the world. As Data Analyst team member, you will be responsible for data in HR department. Data team is working also with other teams in the company to drive insights, provide knowledge and advice based on data.

Requirements:

• Analytical thinking skills and attention to details
• Ability to work independently but also as a team player (good atmosphere and collaboration within the team is very important to us)
• Curiosity to learn and willingness to share knowledge with other teammates
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization skills
• Communication and problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities:

• Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information systems
• Prepare reports of data results and present findings to senior leadership
• Design and manage employee surveys
• Present results of employee performance evaluations
• Develop assessments for potential and current employees
• Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
