Junior Learning and Development Specialist

Requirements:

• Ability to search and present information
• Interest in development in HR and L&D
• Very good command of the English language
• Very good knowledge of Jira, Excel and Powerpoint
• Assertiveness
• Communicativeness
• Nice to have: the ability to present and perform in front of an audience online and offline

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating training sessions and related purchases together with the Purchasing team, 
• Preparing reports regarding the costs, 
• Conducting satisfaction and engagements surveys, 
• Participation in the onboarding of new employees,
• Independent coordination of development-related events.
