Join our Finance team as a Junior Financial Specialist!
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, keeps documents well-organized, and wants to grow in the field of accounting.

Your daily responsibilities will include supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations, posting and recording financial documents, as well as verifying the accuracy of invoices and other financial paperwork.

We’re not expecting extensive experience – what matters most to us is your engagement, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

You're a perfect match for the role, if:

• You know basic accounting principles as well as the fundamentals of VAT and CIT taxes
• You're proficient in using MS Excel and MS Word
• Your English language skills are at least at B2 level, allowing you to communicate comfortably both verbally and in writing
• You can communicate clearly and work well in a team environment
• You pay great attention to detail, are responsible, and have an analytical approach to assigned tasks
• You're available and ready to work in a dynamic environment where reporting cycles can be short
• You organize your work well and can perform effectively under time pressure

An additional advantage will be:

• Knowledge of the SAP Business One system

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the daily tasks of the accounting and finance department
• Participating in financial initiatives to improve company processes
• Verifying invoices and other financial documents
• Entering and posting accounting documents in accordance with applicable regulations
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Helping to reconcile account balances and checking accounting entries
• Archiving and organizing documentation according to established procedures
• Collaborating with other departments regarding document flow and resolving discrepancies
