In G2A you will be responsible for:

  • Provides first level of contact and conveys resolutions to basic customers inquiries via company tools
  • Properly escalates complex cases to BS specialist/Shift Manager
  • Have a good knowledge of G2A Marketplac
  • Know BS schemes of actions and is able to use them in practice
  • Creates and maintains a good image of the company

We’re looking for people with:

  • Basic or no customer care/customer support experience – we can teach you everything you will need on your position
  • 1 or 2 year of experience on similar position is most welcome
  • Ability to improve daily works, and do not take everything for granted
  • Good understanding group work but also can work individually if needed
  • Empathetic personality, to better understand and help customers to develop their business
  • English language on at least B2+ level or higher
