Join our People & Culture team as an HR Project & Development Specialist.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate a variety of HR projects – from training and development programs to engagement and satisfaction surveys, as well as digital initiatives that enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
This position is for someone who likes to work with purpose, has strong organizational skills, can prioritize effectively, and is not afraid to learn new things and experiment.

You’re a perfect match for the role, if:

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Project Management and want to take your skills to the next level
  • You believe that People & Culture is not just about HR processes but a vital part of a company’s strategy
  • You have experience in managing and coordinating multiple HR projects simultaneously
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills, can assess the effectiveness of training programs, and implement necessary improvements that truly impact organizational growth
  • You always make decisions based on data
  • You have hands-on experience in Learning & Development projects, managing training data, and preparing reports and summaries related to development initiatives
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Excel (reports, analyses, pivot tables, formulas)
  • You're proficient in using Jira, Confluence, and other online tools
  • You're assertive, goal-oriented, and independent, with great task prioritization skills
  • You communicate effectively both in writing and in public speaking, clearly and efficiently conveying information
  • You have strong negotiation skills, enabling you to establish beneficial terms of cooperation with training providers
  • You handle unexpected challenges quickly and efficiently, always finding practical solutions
  • You love teamwork and are empathetic toward the needs and expectations of colleagues and collaborators
  • You are open to feedback, willing to receive constructive input, and use it to continuously improve development programs
  • You're great at organizing your remote work
  • You are independent, responsible, and enjoy managing projects from idea to implementation
  • You're communicative, proactive, accountable, and full of enthusiasm
  • You have an appetite for more – you want to grow yourself, others, and the company, not just check tasks off a list
  • Your English proficiency is at least at B2 level, both spoken and written

Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive development needs analysis (team interviews, data analysis, action recommendations) at the individual, team, and organizational levels to accurately identify key areas for growth
  • Collaborating with People & Culture Business Partners and Managers to identify competency gaps and development opportunities
  • Designing and implementing development processes that truly make an impact
  • Planning, creating, and implementing development programs, including technical, soft skills, and leadership programs
  • Designing and coordinating internal, external, online, and in-person training (including AI, soft skills, and hard skills)
  • Supporting a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and feedback
  • Leading meetings and workshops, as well as facilitating coaching sessions focused on soft skills
  • Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and implementing improvements
  • Reporting and collaborating with management on development initiatives
  • Keeping up with the latest trends and innovations in employee development and proposing implementations that enhance their experience
  • Supporting and optimizing processes such as Management by Objectives, Performance Review, engagement surveys, e-learning, and training & development
  • Designing and implementing digital solutions in HR
  • Managing the development budget and optimizing costs while maintaining the highest quality of training activities
  • Collaborating with external providers and partners to deliver HR and digital learning projects, creating valuable and tailored learning experiences
  • Working with tools such as Excel/Sheets, Teams, and other platforms that streamline remote daily operations
