Join G2A.COM as a Fraud Manager, responsible for developing the risk management and fraud prevention strategy. We are looking for someone who understands that effective fraud management is not only about detecting and blocking threats, but above all about finding the right balance between security, customer experience, and business objectives.
This role is for someone who wants to have a real impact on the operations of a global marketplace and co-create the direction of fraud prevention within the organization. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with teams across various business areas, take part in strategic decisions related to risk and payments, and develop solutions that shape the experience of millions of users worldwide.

You're a perfect match for the role, if:
- You have experience in areas related to risk management, fraud prevention, operations, payments, or similar fields
- You have gained experience in high-risk industries such as e-commerce, fintech, banking, insurance, marketplaces, travel, or airlines
- You have hands-on experience implementing new providers and understand the challenges associated with technological and operational integrations
- You understand that effective risk management is about finding the right balance between security, business growth, and customer experience
- You have experience in people management and are able to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- You're comfortable building relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organization and can combine business and operational perspectives
- You have strong project management skills and are able to successfully deliver initiatives end-to-end
- You understand how organizations function and how different business functions interact with each other
- You communicate fluently in both Polish and English, which you use in daily collaboration with international vendors and partners
- You're able to quickly adapt to new environments, processes, and business specifics
Your responsibilities:
- Developing and enhancing fraud prevention and risk management strategies in a way that supports both organizational security and business objectives
- Implementing new vendors and technology partners, coordinating integrations, and identifying and resolving challenges related to their deployment
- Collaborating with business, operations, technology, and product teams to develop effective solutions that mitigate risk
- Building a balance between protecting the company against fraud, driving business growth, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Managing a team and supporting employee development by fostering effective collaboration and a culture of accountability
- Leading projects related to risk management, transaction security, and process optimization
- Collaborating with external vendors, including international partners
