You're a perfect match for the role, if:

• You have 2–3 years of experience in accounting (AP, AR, GL), finance, or audit, and you're eager to further develop in an international environment
• You possess solid theoretical knowledge of accounting principles
• You are able to take an analytical approach to processes and identify areas for improvement
• You demonstrate a proactive mindset and are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
• You have English proficiency at minimum B2 level (C1 is a strong advantage) and you can communicate confidently with international partners
• You're well-organized, work independently, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
• You have practical knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems

Additional advantages include:

• You have experience working with external accounting firms abroad
• You have knowledge of accounting and/or tax regulations in countries such as Hong Kong, the US, or EU countries
• You have experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One)
• You have experience in an international company or within group structures

Your responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping for international entities (purchase, sales, and bank transactions) as a core part of operational work
• Performing monthly and annual closing activities (including provisions, balance sheet valuations, and accruals and deferrals)
• Coordinating accounting processes between group companies and external accounting offices abroad
• Verifying the accuracy of financial data and performing analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts and intercompany settlements
• Participating in the preparation of tax settlements in cooperation with international advisors
• Collaborating with external auditors and supporting audit processes
• Preparing annual and periodic financial statements in accordance with international and local accounting standards
• Supporting the preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Actively contributing to the improvement, standardization, and automation of finance and accounting processes
• Proposing and implementing solutions to increase process efficiency and improve the quality of financial data
• Ongoing collaboration with other departments within the organization to improve information flow and financial processes
