You're a perfect match for the role, if:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis
- You have a solid understanding of accounting principles and basic financial reporting
- Your English proficiency is at least B2 level, both spoken and written
- You are open to a temporary replacement contract
- You possess highly developed analytical skills and can accurately interpret financial data
- You are proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables, among other functions)
- You have strong logical and analytical thinking abilities
- You excel at organizing your work and managing time and deadlines effectively

Your responsibilities:
- Budget planning and reconciliation
- Reporting and controlling financial processes to enhance their efficiency
- Data analysis related to ongoing business initiatives
- Working on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization
- Direct partnership with the accounting team to collaborate on metrics, objectives, and business reviews
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
- Close collaboration with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to formulate the company’s medium- and long-term financial and strategic plans
- Providing senior management with insights on department performance and outcomes
- Reviewing existing processes, procedures, or operations to develop improvement recommendations and presenting results and suggestions to senior management
