Join G2A.COM as a Data Analyst and take ownership of analytical topics end to end – from understanding the problem, through data analysis and experimentation, to delivering clear recommendations that support key business decisions.
In this role, you’ll work hands-on with data, combining SQL, Python, experimentation techniques, and data visualization to turn insights into measurable impact. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, enjoys working with stakeholders, and cares about seeing their work used in real decisions. You’ll focus on understanding the problem, not just the numbers. You’ll lead your own projects, show how data can drive business and product decisions, and explain complex insights in a clear, practical way. Your work will have a real impact on the company, and we’ll support your growth wherever it’s needed.

As the company grows, data plays an increasingly important role in everyday decision-making. Many key initiatives require combining business performance data with product and user insights and validating ideas before scaling them.
This role was created to strengthen analytical ownership in decision-making processes, ensuring that changes are supported not only by insights, but also by proper validation and measurable outcomes.
You’re a perfect match for the role if:
- You have 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
- You’re confident with SQL and have worked with analytical datasets
- You use Python for data analysis
- You have hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- You understand statistics and think analytically in business contexts
- You can independently lead analytical topics and collaborate across teams
- You’ve worked with non-technical stakeholders
- You know how to apply experimentation techniques to validate product or business changes
Good to have (but not required)
- Experience working with data that directly influences product or business decisions
- Exposure pricing, funnel analysis, or retention topics
- Experience mentoring junior analysts or reviewing analytical work
- Familiarity with modern data stacks or analytics engineering concepts
Your responsibilities:
- Lead analytical topics end to end – from problem definition to actionable recommendations
- Support decision-making through experiments and data validation, including defining hypotheses, success metrics, and interpreting results
- Analyze business performance and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and analytical models
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand the “why” behind the data and translate ideas into measurable changes
- Help define, monitor, and improve key business and product metrics
- Improve and automate reporting processes where it makes sense
- Ensure data quality and apply statistical thinking in real business contexts
