Marketplace Oriented Team is a part of Buyers Support. Our team was created in 2018 and since then the core of the team is basically the same as when we started. Time flies, but it only proves that we like to work with each other.

The new team member will be responsible for helping our customers via tickets providing the highest quality of service.


  • Excellent communication skills
  • English language at minimum level B2
  • The ability to approach the client in a creative and innovative way and possess problem-solving attitude
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service/Sales Support/Telemarketing will be preferable
  • Quick reaction to new problems
  • Reliability and paying attention to details
  • Open to shift work
  • Ability to effectively operate in a team
  • High interpersonal skills and very good manners


  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer requests
  • Being responsible for effective contact with clients and proposing solutions to problems related to work
  • Taking care of the good image of the company among customers and providing them with the necessary assistance related to our website and products
  • Being responsible for responding to customer emails and tickets
  • Coordinating with colleagues from other departments as necessary
