Join our Commercial team as a Customer Support Intern and develop your skills in customer service and e-commerce.

You’ll work alongside experienced specialists, helping resolve user issues, ensuring their satisfaction, and building a positive image of the company.

This internship is a great learning opportunity – from effective customer communication and cross-department collaboration to managing inquiries and analyzing user needs. By supporting our team, you'll gain valuable experience that will benefit your future career.

You’re a perfect match for the role, if:

  • You are a student or a graduate of a field related to management, marketing, customer service, or a similar area
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal – you can speak with customers clearly and professionally
  • You’re good at problem-solving and finding effective solutions in various situations
  • Your English is at least at a B2 level, both spoken and written
  • You’re eager to learn and develop your skills in customer service and inquiry management
  • You pay attention to detail and are committed to delivering high-quality customer support
  • You’re open-minded, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with other departments in the company

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent service and ensuring the satisfaction of our users
  • Quickly analyzing and resolving customer inquiries by offering effective solutions
  • Maintaining professional communication with customers and providing innovative responses to their questions and issues
  • Building a positive image of the company by assisting customers with matters related to our website and offered services
  • Responding to emails and tickets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the highest quality of customer service
  • Answering phone calls and providing support regarding our digital goods and services
