You're a perfect match for the role, if you:

  • Have at least two years of experience in customer support, sales support, or telemarketing
  • Have perfect communication skills
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English at least at the B2 level
  • Can approach the customer in a creative and innovative manner and you’re solution-oriented
  • Can quickly and effectively react to new challenges
  • Are open for a Monday-to-Sunday shift work
  • Are oriented towards efficient teamwork

Your responsibilities:

  • Taking care of customer satisfaction and providing professional support
  • Solving tickets submitted by the customers and providing them with necessary support regarding our services and products
  • Taking responsibility for effective communication with clients and recommending the best solutions to their problems
  • Taking care of the company’s good image among its customers.
  • Responding to the customers’ e-mails and tickets
  • Coordinating actions with people from other departments as necessary
