Join our Marketing team as a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist!

In this role, you’ll lead campaigns that foster long-term user loyalty and effectively acquire and manage marketing consents.

You’ll have the opportunity to design user communication processes that align customer needs with business goals. Your work will include planning and executing direct marketing campaigns — from newsletters and SMS messages to push notifications in mobile apps. Every action you take will strengthen user engagement and create positive brand experiences.

Your creativity will shine through as you craft marketing content and explore new communication channels. You’ll continuously analyze campaign performance, draw insights, and implement even more effective solutions.

You're a perfect match for the role, if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role — ideally in the e-commerce industry
  • You hold a university degree, preferably in marketing, management, or communications
  • You have strong skills in analyzing marketing data and reporting campaign KPIs (CTR, OR, conversions)
  • Your English proficiency is at least B2 level, both written and spoken
  • You’re well-organized and communicate easily with others
  • You work dynamically and are not afraid of challenges
  • You value independence and manage your time effectively

Your responsibilities:

  • Actively acquiring and verifying marketing consents in compliance with regulations, standards, and with care for our customers
  • Running campaigns that build loyalty — from app downloads and account creation to joining loyalty programs
  • Designing effective and engaging customer communication that connects their needs with company goals
  • Creating plans and executing direct marketing campaigns: newsletters, SMS messages, and mobile push notifications
  • Managing content and crafting catchy copy that grabs attention and builds strong relationships
  • Identifying and developing new, innovative direct communication channels
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and drawing insights to make every next step even better
