Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of marketing experience ideally in eCommerce or digital marketplace
  • Experience in brand awareness campaigns
  • Experience in performance marketing campaign
  • Familiar with digital marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, CR, ROI, ROAS etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and data focused mindset
  • Comfortable extracting insights from complex data sets, used to working with Google analytics and Excel on daily basis
  • Native Spanish and fluent in English
  • Independent and able to work and take actions on self-initiative
  • Used to work on cross organizational projects and to collaborate with different departments
  • Comfortable in international work environment

Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing strategy and tactics for Spain
  • Build awareness and equity of G2A in Spain through brand focus actions.
  • Define, plan and execute sales activation marketing campaigns through mainly digital (but not only) channels
  • Set up and manage partnerships with local entities (brands, partners, agencies) to ensure business and brand recognition in the region.
  • Make sure all communications and marketing activities in the region are in line with global G2A strategy and global trade plan
  • Manage local campaign calendar and prioritize activities to deliver expected results
  • Track and analyze KPI progress to adjust tactics and actions based on results and data.
  • Collaborate with a vast number of teams within the marketing department and across the organization
  • Participate in cross team projects with impact on the whole organization
