We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to the business - someone who combines client communication with operational support for the sales team and ensures smooth information flow between departments. In this role, you will coordinate commercial topics, monitor their status, and support the team in closing sales processes.
This position has a strong operational dimension, as your actions will translate into better work organization, greater operational efficiency, and the scalability of processes as sales grow. If you feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and enjoy managing multiple threads at once, this role will allow you to develop in an area that directly supports business growth.

Your responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day communication with clients and actively supporting the sales team throughout the sales process
- Coordinating commercial topics—monitoring their status and ensuring smooth progression from inquiry to finalization
- Supporting the sales team by taking over operational tasks related to account management and order execution
- Working closely with the Finance and Category Management teams to ensure seamless process execution and eliminate potential blockers
- Ensuring high quality and accuracy of sales data, as well as supporting initiatives that optimize operational processes and improve team efficiency
