Join G2A as a B2B Sales Specialist and help build strong business relationships with our clients. Make a real impact on the growth of our B2B channel and contribute to the continued success of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business partners, expanding cooperation with existing clients, and developing tailored solutions that meet their needs.

This position offers more than just achieving sales targets—it gives you the opportunity to actively shape sales processes, strengthen relationships with key partners, and influence the direction of our business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain broad business exposure, and further develop your skills in a dynamic, international environment.

You're a perfect match for the role, if:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, client relationship management, procurement, or a similar business/commercial role
  • You're fluent in English (minimum C1 level), both spoken and written
  • You're able to communicate effectively with clients and take a customer-centric approach in your work
  • You enjoy building relationships, feel comfortable in negotiations, and are eager to develop your skills in sales and business
  • You're able to organize your work, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • You have an analytical mindset, are comfortable working with numbers, and can use data to support sales decisions and pricing analyses
  • You have excellent communication skills in conversations, written communication, and presentations
  • You're able to establish and develop long-term business relationships.
  • You're motivated to deliver real value to the company
  • You have strong negotiation skills and can effectively present arguments and influence decisions

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of existing B2B partners by building trust-based, long-term business relationships
  • End-to-end management of B2B sales activities - from identifying customer needs and preparing tailored offers, through order fulfillment, to post-sales support
  • Negotiating prices, commercial terms, and product availability with suppliers, as well as placing purchase orders to support sales execution
  • Closely collaborating with Finance, Order Fulfillment, and Product Category Management teams to ensure timely and accurate customer order delivery while maintaining optimal product availability
  • Monitoring sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize commercial results
