Gate 2 AINative – a strategic AI transformation program at G2A in 2025

In 2025 at G2A, we implemented a comprehensive AI strategy called Gate 2 AINative – one of the most extensive and engaging development programs in the organization’s history. Its goal was to create a solution that genuinely addressed employees’ needs, developed their competencies, and reduced concerns related to the rapid evolution of AI technologies.
Gate 2 AINative was a strategic step in building an AINative culture at G2A. The program not only prepared the organization to work with future technologies but also resulted in concrete implementations, automations, and measurable growth in competencies.
Educational and implementation program – real applications within the organization
The main objective of Gate 2 AINative was to integrate AI into processes and the daily work of teams. The entire program began with an assessment of the level of familiarity and scale of AI tool usage within G2A in 2025. Based on this, an AI implementation support team was established, and an AI training program was created.
Three development paths – from fundamentals to expertise
The Gate 2 AINative Academy included three coherent educational tracks:
- A foundational track introducing responsible, conscious, and ethical use of AI.
- An intermediate track developing skills in working with AI agents, LLMs, advanced prompting, and process automation.
- An expert track, whose components expanded perspectives on the practical implementation of AI in everyday team workflows.
Certification confirming AI competencies
The program concluded with a Gate 2 AINative Academy certificate, awarded to participants who completed the full program. The certificate serves as formal proof of AI competencies.
Program outcomes
The Gate 2 AI Native program lasted 10 months and included a total of 21 educational and implementation events. 82% of G2Anians and 88% of managers voluntarily joined and completed the program. As a result, the frequency of AI tool usage increased by 115% – the share of people using AI daily or almost daily grew from 26% to 56%. Participant satisfaction reached a very high level of 5.14 on a 6-point scale.
