Knowledge sharing
We believe that exchanging experiences and knowledge is an excellent opportunity for both personal and professional growth. That’s why we organize a series of internal meetings called Together We’re Smarter, where experts share their specialized knowledge. As part of G2A Day 2024 – Shaping the Future of Work, people from different business areas within the company shared best practices during eight inspiring lectures on how to use automation and artificial intelligence in everyday work and business
Skill enhancement
We provide opportunities to participate in individual, targeted development events aimed at gaining practical knowledge, such as specialized training, workshops, and industry conferences. We also support certification programs, higher education, and offer the opportunity to purchase books to expand our job-related and technical knowledge
Leadership development
We support leaders in inspiring and effectively managing teams by providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge. We have created a development program, Manager’s Academy, to help them build key leadership competencies. Additionally, for those in Head positions and our Stars, we offer participation in the CliftonStrengths talent assessment based on Gallup’s methodology. This helps them discover their strengths and learn how to use them effectively in their daily work
