In 2025, G2A launched a comprehensive AI strategy called Gate 2 AI‑Native, one of the most cross‑functional and engaging development programs in the company’s history. Its goal is to create solutions that truly address employees’ needs, build their skills, and reduce concerns related to the rapid growth of AI technologies.

Education and implementation program – real-world applications within the organization
The main goal of Gate 2 AI‑Native was to integrate AI into our processes and the daily work of teams. We started by assessing the level of knowledge and the scale of AI tool usage at G2A. Based on these insights, the AI implementation support team stepped in and we designed a dedicated AI training program.
Gate 2 AI‑Native was a strategic step in building an AI‑native culture at G2A. The program prepared the organization to work with future technologies and led to concrete implementations, automations, and measurable skill growth.
Three development tracks – from basics to expertise
AI competency certification
The program culminated in the Gate 2 AI‑Native certificate, awarded to employees who completed the entire path. The certificate is formal proof of their AI competencies.
